Each resort has different purchasing and return rules! Please read each area pricing grid carefully for applicable details.
Ticket purchased from The Slope must be refunded through The Slope...not the ski area. Bring/mail unused tickets and purchase receipt to us within 5 days of the expiry date on the front of the ticket (if there is no date on the ticket, please return by April 10th of the current ski season). We will attempt to secure a refund for you. We charge a $2/ticket return fee as well as one-half of the value of any Slope Bucks earned.
MULTI-DAY LIFT TICKETS THAT HAVE BEEN USED 1 OR MORE DAYS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE unless an injury is sustained and Ski Patrol or the resort Medical Center provided treatment. Return your tickets and Medical Report to us.

Groups of 20 or more skiers may qualify for a group rate. Call for more information.
Mail orders will be sent by USPS Certified Mail. There is a $6 charge. Faster service & overnight mail are available. Call for pricing information.
Merchandise, lessons, rentals, and lift tickets can be ordered over the phone if you do not live in the Wichita area.
